How billing works: You receive a fixed-cost estimate before work begins. Final invoice reflects actual hours at the agreed rate. Rush delivery (under 24h) may incur a 20% surcharge for complex packages.

Pricing Questions

Everything you need to know about how we quote and bill for millwork drawing projects.

How do you estimate project cost before starting?
After you submit your project brief, your project manager reviews the scope and provides a written estimate within 2 hours. The estimate includes total expected hours, cost, and delivery timeline. You approve the estimate before we start — no surprises.
What's included in "unlimited revisions"?
Revisions within the original project scope are included at no charge. This covers dimension corrections, layout adjustments, note changes, and drawing format updates. Major scope changes (e.g., redesigning a section from scratch) would be quoted as a separate item.
Do you offer project-based fixed pricing?
Yes. For well-defined projects, we can provide a fixed-price quote based on the scope. This is common for standard cabinet packages (e.g., "full kitchen drawing set") and repeat project types where scope is predictable.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
The more detail, the better — but we can quote from a basic description. Helpful inputs include: architect drawings or design intent, number of drawing sheets or units, required delivery format (DWG/PDF/RVT), your target turnaround, and any specific standards or templates to follow.
Are there discounts for large or ongoing projects?
Yes. Projects over 40 hours and clients who commit to regular monthly volumes both qualify for discounted rates. Contact us to discuss a retainer arrangement that fits your shop's workflow.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. Net-30 terms are available for established clients. For first-time projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery.
